WHITEHAVEN's head coach Kyle Amor has spoken on recent games and is now looking ahead to this weekend's game.
Amor's squad will take on York City Knights on Sunday, September 1.
He said: "We've digested that game on Sunday, we enjoyed that next day or two after it with all the headlines and admiration that came our way.
"On Tuesday we had a recovery session, and I'd like to give a special mention to Lee Butterworth who allowed us to use his facilities at Xtreme Fitness.
"It let the players mentally get away from this place, do a bit of recovery work, some bits with a ball in hand and we got a good video done.
"In that video, we started off showing all of the great things that we did but then very quickly I wanted the lads to understand what it's going to take us to grab more wins. And that's hard work, commitment, and effort.
"Commitment, no doubt, you can't question that but I mean at moments in games there was a lot for us to fix upon. The irony is we're playing a team that seems to have fixed up in some of those effort areas in the past couple of weeks. But I told the boys that weeks are gone and no one in the competition cares anymore about it.

"We look back to get back on our home field and look to put in a decent performance against a good York side who are chasing playoffs and we're chasing points, so it's all to play for."
Mr Amor continued: "I showed the boys some vision there and we looked at some of those key threats, we've looked at some of those things that we expect to see, and you can always identify regular patterns and regular things in games.
And we've looked at that, we haven't gone too heavy on them, but we've identified some key players and what they're about. This isn't so much about us this weekend, it's about our ability to react and continue to respond."
