Local youngsters can get an early taste of the highly-anticipated Leeds Rhinos and Workington Town Challenge Cup action, at Derwent Park tomorrow.
Town are running a coaching day, alongside Leeds Rhinos Foundation, with players from both teams present on the day.
Head coach Leon Pryce will head up the day alongside Town players, Jamie Doran and Karl Olstrom. In addition to that, Leeds chief executive Gary Hetherington and first teamers Liam Sutcliffe, Konrad Hurrell, Brad Dwyer and Cameron Smith will also be present to get involved as the clubs build up to the big game on Friday, at Leeds, 7.45pm kick-off.
Children will be placed in groups suitable for them so they get maximum enjoyment out of the day which is priced at £10 (7-14 years old). Refreshments will be provided but children will need to take a packed lunch.
The coaching will be on Derwent Park so suitable outdoor clothing, so youngsters must take appropriate footwear for playing on a grass pitch.
