Si King said Dave Myers would be 'as proud as punch' after the success from the latest Hairy Bikers cookbook.
'Our Family Favourites' was released on Thursday, October 24, serving as a 'tribute' to Dave following his passing earlier this year.
The book was originally co-written by the TV chef and was ultimately finished by Si to 'look after the legacy' of what Dave left behind.

Si took to Instagram to update fans on how the book has been received in its first week, sharing how big of a hit it has been for the cooking duo.
He said: "I've just had some really interesting stats from the publishers and I just want to say a big thank you.
"We've sold 11,335 copies in a week, thank you, this is our first autumn number one since 2012, also thank you very much.
"It's the tenth title to hit number one in the charts, amazing."

'Our Family Favourites' contains 100 new recipes that chronicle the journey Si and Dave went on together, as well as featuring the meals that have grown popular with those close to them.
Si recently shared that he believed it was 'incumbent' on him to finish the project for his best mate.

He added: "This also means that we've now appeared on The Sunday Times bestsellers list over 140 times - honestly, Dave would be as proud as punch.
"But that's only across 25 titles, including 29 appearances at number one, so this is also the first title with 'hairy' in the title ever to chart in The Sunday Times top 10 across all categories.
"A big thank you from me, it's amazing, thank you."
