WHITEHAVEN Town Council has provided details of their upcoming Christmas events.
The town council will be organising this year's Christmas Light Switch along with the Christmas Markets and Fireworks Display.
The events will take place in November and December in the run-up to Christmas.
The council has organised an array of events throughout 2024, including a Science Show and a Flower and Veg Show.
A spokesperson for Whitehaven Town Council said: "Our ever-popular Switch On event is on Saturday, November 16, it includes live music and a fabulous simulator.
"There's also a TEG Market on King Street and the brand-new event, Eat Street Cumbria near the bus station.
"Our Christmas Traders Market in St Nicholas Gardens runs from 10am until 4pm on Friday, December 6.
"The annual Fireworks Display on Whitehaven Harbour starts at 5.15pm, there will be free glow sticks for children while stocks last."
