A WEST Cumbrian women's touch rugby team is inviting people to a taster session - aimed at trying to get more people into touch rugby.
The Arlecdon Ewes Women's Touch Team are looking for new players, inviting members of the public to an open touch rugby taster session on Sunday, October 6 from 1pm at The Hall, Arlecdon.
A spokesperson for the Arlecdon Ewes Women's Touch Team said: "Come along and take part in training session or even just come and watch to get an idea of what's involved.
"The session will be one hour long, non contact and suitable for those looking to start their touch rugby journey or experienced players looking to get back into the game.
"The bar will open afterwards for you to have a chat to the players and coaches and have a few refreshments.”
The session is open for people of any age and fitness level, no prior experience of playing rugby is required.
