AN interactive children's event will be taking place at Rosehill Theatre.
The community venue in Whitehaven will be hosting Bruce Asbestos' Monster Takeover.
The event will take place for a week over the summer holidays.
In a post on social media, Rosehill Theatre wrote: "Something monstrous is happening at Rosehill Theatre this August.
"Artist Bruce Asbestos brings his larger-than-life characters - the Hooboos and the mischievous slug Treakle - for a whole week of mayhem and fun. Expect a multi-sensory experience for all ages where your imagination will reign supreme."
The event is free and will run from August 24 to August 31.
