WHITEHAVEN Academy student has represented Cumbria in the school's athletic championship.
The year 8 student, Evie, travelled east to the Gateshead International Stadium where she represented Cumbria at the Northern School's Athletics Championship.
Whitehaven Academy shared the news on their Facebook account, they wrote: "This is a massive achievement as Evie is only in year 8 and was competing against year 9."
