A PUB in Cumberland has been given a new food hygiene rating.
The King William IV Inn at Kirksanton, Cumbria was given a rating of 5/5 on May 20, meaning that its overall rating was Very Good.
The hygienic handling of food including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling, and storage was found to be Good.
The cleanliness and condition of the facilities and building were also found to be Good, as was the management of food safety.
