A THREE bedroom town house in Whitehaven is the top prize in a raffle run by a Cumbrian competitions company.
Bounty Competitions is running the competition for the town house located on Scotch Street - and entries to the draw are £9.99.
The winner can chose between getting the house and £10,000 or taking a cash alternative of £180,000.
There will also be a donation of £10,000 to a local charity, the company said.
The property comes fully furnished after recently being renovated, and includes three bedrooms, one bathroom fitted with a TV, a hot tub, an enclosed back garden, private parking and garage, and a kitchen and dining area.
It already has a confirmed move-in date of July 4, Bounty Competitions said, adding that stamp duty and solicitors' fees for the property have already been paid.
The town house is currently used as a second home for Bounty Competitions' owners Calvin and Leanne when they visit, and it is also rented out as a holiday home through their holiday lets' business.
The competition will end on June 7 at 8pm.
The draw will take place and the winner will be chosen by Google random number generator shortly after the timer ends.
Bounty Competitions said it has so far donated over £615,000 to charities and given away over £62million pounds worth of prizes.
A spokesperson said: "We are quite excited for this competition with it being in our local area. Calvin is proud to have grown up in Whitehaven and always tries to give back when he can.
"They have also sponsored WRL 2010 to help out which was much appreciated by the club."
Bounty Competitions was started by Calvin and Leanne Davidson in April 2020 after being furloughed due to Covid.
Calvin lived in Whitehaven but moved up to the Aberdeenshire area over 10 years ago.
They are now based in Turriff but Calvin's sister, Karen Milne, and nephew Dale, live on Bransty and work for them from home.
You can enter the competition on Bounty Competitions' website.
