POLICE have seized a vehicle being driven illegally in Whitehaven.
The driver was stopped and was found to be a provisional license holder and was driving unsupervised.
A spokesperson said: "The 40-year-old female driver of this VW GOLF was stopped this morning by PC 1837 from the Nuclear Estates Team in Whitehaven Town Centre and found to be a provisional licence holder.
"She was unaccompanied and was failing to display L plates (driving otherwise in accordance with a licence), this made her insurance invalid.
