A RESIDENTIAL home in Whitehaven could be turned into a holiday let if the proposal gets permission for the change of use from Cumberland Council.
Lifestyle Breaks has applied to make the move at a property in Corkickle and the site covers a total area of 770 square metres with an internal floorspace 507 square metres in the six-bedroom property.
It is proposed that it retains an existing car parking space and creates a total of four-cycle spaces.
According to the applicant's guest rental agreement anyone who stays there is expected to behave in a respectful manner and be good neighbours or risk forfeiting all or part of the deposit payment.
