On Friday, October 20, Detectives from Cumberland CID carried out two warrants in Cleator Moor and Maryport.
A Cumbria Police spokesperson said: "Following a warrant at a property on Birks Road in Cleator Moor, Simon Gilmour, 47, was charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – Cocaine and remanded in custody.
"He was also charged with five counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A and possessing a controlled drug of Class A – Crack Cocaine in relation to offenses in 2021.
"He is to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on November 20.
"In the second warrant officers located a small amount of Cannabis from a property on Argyle Terrace in Maryport."
