Entrepreneur Amy Wright, who is the founder and manager of ‘AW Promotions & Events’ has successfully booked up the remainder of the 2023 diary at The New Crown Pub.
The remaining gigs for 2023 are: Friday, October 20 – AnneMarie Duo ‘Side Track’ (As part of the pub Poppy Appeal evening), Friday, October 27 – Damaged Goods, Friday, November 3, Cher Tribute (Kelly Marie as Cher) Wednesday, November 22, Devonne Ashton (The Pubs Big Bingo Night) Friday, December 1, George Ezra Tribute and Friday, December 8 – Somethin’ Brewin’.
Ms Wright said: "Since the first gig at the pub back in May this year, the events have gone from strength to strength and it’s been such a nice feeling seeing everyone enjoying themselves and discovering new talent. From local bands and artists to the best tributes, each gig has its own unique vibe."
"The next upcoming gig on Friday, October 20, AnneMarie Duo ‘Side Track’ – Benny and AnneMarie will perform upbeat acoustic versions of dance music from the 90s to most recent chart hits.
"For those that haven’t yet seen Damaged Good perform live, where have you been? Damaged Goods are a Whitehaven based Rock N’ Roll band who are taking the local music scene by storm. They have their original hard-hitting songs along with some classic rock covers. Damaged Goods Volume Two is available across streaming platforms now.
"Kelly Marie as Cher is THE Ultimate Cher Tribute! Kelly Marie is selling out venues across the UK and we are very lucky to have Kelly Marie perform for us this year.
