Over the past couple of weeks, Freemasons have been helping to provide free school uniforms to children in West Cumbria.
DPGM Bill Morley and Jeff Kane have been helping councillor Michael Eldon with the distribution of free School uniforms to the local community of Cleator Moor over the past weeks.
They explain that it's been a very busy time for some members.
The aim was to support families whose children were starting back to school during the cost of living crisis.
Neil Dixon, of Cumbria Freemasons, said: "Councillor Michael Eldon decided to start the scheme and we offered help by using the Masonic centre as a base and also helping distribute on the days.
"The uniforms are donated and given free to anyone needing them, this has been very popular.
"We are really pleased to be able to help the community with this amazing scheme, especially in the current cost-of-living crisis."
