This winter a famous boxer will be paying a visit to Whitehaven.
Nigel Benn will be hosting a show at The Marchon Club on Saturday, November 18.
Doors for the event will open at 6pm with the show itself starting at 7pm.
Tickets are on sale for £40 with all proceeds going to Bee Unique, a local charity that takes care of children and young people with autism.
Benn competed professionally from 1987 to 1996 and held world championships in two weight classes, including the WBO middleweight title in 1990 and the WBC super-middleweight title from 1992 to 1996. He is considered one of the best Super Middleweights of all time.
