A spokesperson from Dosa Chaska said: "Our food is authentic and made with love, and we believe that everyone in Cumbria should have the chance to experience it."
Back in March they spoke to BBC Radio Cumbria explaining the cultural and spiritual significance of the Holi festival, they said: "Festivals are a period of celebration and an important part of Indian culture. India is a country known for its rich culture and incredible diversity and without food, there is no festival.
"Food is an important part of Indian festivals and during the festivals usually, people of the community come together and celebrate and unite.
"That's why we thought to do this food stall to bring people together."
The drinks on offer will be Masala Tea which is made from a variety of Indian herbs and spices, specifically cardamon and ginger. They say: "These ingredients combined make for a heavenly infusion boasting bold, spicy notes with malty undertones."
