There was a full house last Thursday for the third round of an amateur darts circuit vault series.
The top two from each group made it through to the quarter finals stage of the Whitehaven Marras & Arras darts competition.
The quarter finals results were as follows: Darren Parr 3-0 Stephen Halligan, Jimmy Clucas 3-0 Aeron Grears, Simon McCall 3-1 John Howlett, Owen Adair 3-1 Nicky Anderson.
The semi-finals saw Jimmy beat Darren 3-0 and Simon beat Owen 3-0. Jimmy then beat Simon 3-2 in the final
There were 13 x 180s on the night and seven big finishes. 180s from Jimmy Clucas 4, Tom Smith 2 Darren Parr, Nicky Anderson, Owen Adair, Ian O’Pray, John Howlett, Jason Ball and Paul Braithwaite.
Big finishing from Will Rowley 108, Nick Twinn 115, John Howlett 107, Jimmy Clucas 100, 119, 120, 131.
