A popular shop in our town has once again created an exciting new window display to celebrate King Charles's Coronation.
Milltech Computers, based on James Street in Whitehaven, has decorated its window with a model of King Charles and other items to celebrate the occasion.
The store sells a range of computer products and other electronic goods and offers a range of other technology-related services.
In the past, the shop has won awards for its window displays and people around Whitehaven often anticipate what the store will do for the next major event.
Last year a full display was put in place for the late Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee celebrations which the shop then received an award for its efforts.
Rose Harrison, who works at Milltech Computers, said: "We offer everything, we do upgrades, data backup, every repair you can think of.
"We do everything really, we've been here for 28 years now. We sell laptops, custom build computers, and gaming ones.
"For the Coronation, I've done the window area up. We won an award last year but I don't expect to win it this year as we did last year.
"I've decorated all of the windows and have put a model of King Charles inside the shop and anybody can come in and see him and get their photo taken with him and things like that.
"We've done quite a few displays in the past and we always like to take part in anything that is going on.
"What we're going to do is put the Coronation on the big screen on the day and we'll be here open and some chairs will be laid out so anyone who wants to come along to watch it can do so.
"We haven't got any other plans for the Coronation as of yet and often get involved with these sorts of things... last year I dressed up as the Queen.
"We've held popular car shows in the past and are looking to host another one of those in the coming months."
