The Food Standards Agency has carried out inspections at three Copeland establishments and published their ratings.
The latest scores on the doors for the area show two with a rating of five, the highest possible rating, and one with a rating of three.
The Hound Inn, located in Arlecdon, was inspected on March 24, 2023.
Rated five, the FSA said the pub had 'good' hygienic food handling, the cleanliness of the building and facilities was 'good', and the management of food safety was 'good'.
Caspian, a takeaway located at 2 Wellington Street, Millom, was inspected on March 16.

Safis, a takeaway located at 11 Tangier Street, Whitehaven, was inspected on February 27.
Rated three, the FSA said the takeaway had 'generally satisfactory' hygienic food handling, the cleanliness of the building and facilities was 'generally satisfactory', and the management of food safety was 'generally satisfactory'.
