The West Cumberland Choral Society is set to perform Adiemus.
The performance will be held in the 'magical' setting of the St Bees Priory.
The choir will showcase Adiemus -Songs of Sanctuary by Karl Jenkins, under the baton of new MD Kaytie Harding.
Drawing on classical, world, and Celtic music, this powerful work explores vibrant tribal-like rhythms and vocals, accompanied by keyboard, percussion, and flute.
A spokesperson said: "Contemporary American composer Eric Whitacre creates a gorgeous spectrum of ethereal sound with Lux Aurumque, and fellow American Elaine Hagenberg brings poignant musical narratives with Song of Miriam and You Do Not Walk Alone.
"Ola Gjeilo's Northern Lights delivers a delicate jewel to choral singing, while Fly Me To The Moon and Bring Me Sunshine evoke warmth and fun."
The concert starts at 7.30 pm on Saturday, April 1 in St Bees Priory with refreshments served after the concert. Tickets are £10, and available at the door. Students cost £5 and those under 18 go free.
