A WOMAN will be sentenced next month after admitting two assaults.
Janie Torrance, 30, of Gable Road, Whitehaven, pleaded guilty to charges of assault by beating and assaulting a person, occasioning them actual bodily harm.
The offences, which involved two female victims, took place in Workington on July 24.
Magistrates sitting in Workington sent the case to Carlisle Crown Court for sentence on February 13.
The defendant was granted unconditional bail.
