This week The Gather, in Ennerdale, are allowing children to pop into the venue to deliver letters to Santa.
The venue have created a special sack on the 'North Pole Postal Sleigh' where children can hand their letters in to.
For £3 the children and their families can enjoy this experience along with hot chocolate and a Christmas cookie or coins.
June Pearson, a volunteer at The Gather, said: "We've turned one of the rooms into a grotto over the Christmas period.
"We were talking about the postal strikes and decided on the idea of a letters to Father Christmas postal station.
"The idea just grew from there really. We designed a sleigh with a sack for the letters and we think that it looks really nice and will work really well.
"The attraction will open this week with the last letters being taken on December 24."
There is also an opportunity for children to have their pictures taken on the special chair 'Santa' has installed.
The children will also receive a letter back from 'Santa.'
