Jefferson's Rum dates to the 1700s and the history of this particular drink is explained in The Rum Story exhibition.

"From this success we are now expanding the range
"Introducing the new Jefferson's Spiced Rum – full bodied rum with hints on vanilla. Taking inspiration from the renowned original Jeffersons Rum this is a dark rum with a sweater taste.
"We have also introduced the Jefferson Warehouse Gin – fitting with the Jeffersons brand we looked back at many old gins recipes to find the perfect blend of delicious flavours.
"We worked on the new range in collaboration with Solway spirits who are themselves renowned for their artisan gins.
"Sales have been amazing so much so we are taking extra staff in time for the Christmas rush where all our Jefferson’s products will be available to purchase individually or presented in a one-of-a-kind hamper.
"We are also so excited to announce that there is a special limited addition chocolate rum being released in couple of weeks just in time for Christmas."
