The street names have been revealed for the latest development to be built at Edgehill Park in Whitehaven.
The proposed street names for the estate built by Story Homes are: Burton Way, Perry Drive and Star Brig Lane.
The names are from an historic list of shipping working out of Whitehaven.
The new street names were put before members of Whitehaven Town Council at a meeting held last week.
Councillors had no objections to the proposed street name and numbering for the development.
