WHITEHAVEN born Kyle Amor will captain the newly reformed Cumbria side as it takes on international team Jamaica at the weekend.
The St Helen's star has said he 'can't put into words' how proud he will be to don his home counties jersey to lead the Cumbria side out for their first game in 10 years.

On captaining the side, Kyle said: "It mean's everything to me that, I love where I come from, I always talk well of it, my daughter was born up there before we left, my wife's from there all my family are there.
"For me there's an awful lot of people that I owe an awful lot to, who helped me on my journey and get to win the things I won and see the places I have been to all of the back of the back of the input that happened up there, from being a young lad into a young man.
"So, I am super proud to represent them, it's very difficult for me to put into words what it means because it means a lot, and I am pretty certain that come game day I'll have 16 other lads with me who will be feeling the same.
"I hope they understand and recognise the importance of when your playing for Cumbria what it means and what it should look like."
The 35 years old has said he is 'excited' to get up to the training and meet Cumbrian players old and new who will take to the pitch for the first Cumbria game in ten years.
Kyle believes the reformation of the side is a 'huge' moment for not only West Cumbria, but the wider rugby league family.
