A man has been fined for urinating on Whitehaven harbour.
Neil Fisher, 56, entered no plea to urinating in a street or public place, during a hearing at Workington Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
But Fisher, of Peter Street, Whitehaven, was convcited of committing an indecent act by urinating on Whitehaven harbour on March 29.
Copeland Police said they had received a number of reports of a man who had been urinating in the street in Whitehaven.
The defendant, who was unrepresented, was fined £220 and must pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
