A Neighbourhood Policing Team has been cracking down on e-scooter miss-use.
Officers from Copeland Neighbourhood Policing Team were in Millom and Haverigg on Friday December 10 responding to complaints about the use of e-scooters from the local public and Town Council.
A Copeland Police spokesperson said: "A number of children have been found using e-scooters on public roads which is illegal not to mention dangerous.
"They were returned home and appropriate advice given to them and parents."
