CONGRATULATIONS are in order for the Whitehaven Cricket Club under 15's side who have won the league this week.
The side secured there place at the top of the Cumbria Junior Cricket League after beating Wigton on Monday evening.
The Junior cricketers cleared the league with 90 points after a whopping season for side.
Wigton are in second place with 63 points followed in third place by the Keswick under 15's.
Whitehaven cricket took to social media to congratulate their young champions.
On their social media the club said: "A massive congratulations to our U15 superstars whom tonight won the league by beating Wigton. They are an absolute credit to themselves and the club and we are all super proud of them
