HAVING pet insurance does not entitle you to drive - as a woman discovered recently.
North West Motorway Police stopped a vehicle this week and discovered the driver had no insurance.
She was adamant that she had just renewed her insurance two days ago - and she was right.
However, this was pet insurance. She had no car insurance.
Still, at least her pet is covered which might be lucky since she was issued with a raffic Offence Report.
