A RESERVED matters application has been approved for 335 homes in Whitehaven.
Copeland Borough Council gave the green-light to plans for the site at Edgehill Park.
The proposals refer to issues like vehicle access, appearance, landscaping , layout and scale of the development.
The applicant is listed as the Carlisle based developer Story Homes.
Last month the developer got the blessing of the borough council’s planning panel for a third phase of expansion at the site.
The company submitted the application in November 2020.
At the time senior development planner, David Hayward, said: “We are delighted that the Copeland Borough Council’s Planning Panel has granted approval for a third phase of homes at Edgehill Park, a development that has been popular with our customers to date.
“This new phase of homes will support existing local businesses.”
