A COUNCIL is opening a support line to provide urgent help and support to anyone struggling.
In light of the government's tier decision to move Cumbria into tier four coronavirus restrictions, Cumbria County Council opened its support helpline on Saturday.
It can provide urgent help and emergency support if anyone is struggling to cope with their current situation.
The helpline can be accessed via phone on 0800 783 1966 or by emailing COVID19support@cumbria.gov.uk.
Helpline opening hours:
- Monday Jan 4 to Friday Jan 8 - 9am – 5pm
Meanwhile, Household Waste Recycling Centres will remain open and operational as normal.
Libraries and archives will no longer be open for public browsing. For more information, visit cumbria.gov.uk/libraries.
