With dignity at The Gables Care Home on Sunday 20th October 2024, Val passed away, aged 99 years. Beloved husband of the late Marie-Ann, adored father of Sheena and father-in-law of Robert and a devoted grandad of Charles.
Funeral service and cremation to take place at Distington Hall Crematorium at 12:00pm on Monday 11th November. Family flowers only by request. Donations, if desired to The Gables Residents Comfort Fund c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
