MCQUIRE Stephen Allan After a short illness, passed peacefully at the Loweswater Suite, West Cumberland Hospital on Saturday 9th December. Beloved father of Simon, Luke and Mark, much loved father-in-law and grandad of Charlie, Jamie, Theo and Laurie. Beloved brother of Stuart and a dearly loved uncle. Funeral service to be held at Distington Hall Crematorium on Thursday 21st December at 2:45pm. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Stephen to Blood Cancer UK may be made by visiting stephenmcquire.muchloved.comTributes

It is sad to hear of one of your early work colleges death ! My sympathy go out to all stevens family. ! Steven served his time with me at British Steel Works Workington

So sad to hear of Steve’s death.
Barbara and I send our deepest sympathy to his family. We knew Steve well in his early life.
I will remember him as a good school friend/ work colleague, a great competitor and a talented person.
