MULLEN David It is with heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of David Mullen on Monday 27th March 2023 aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Elaine, dearly loved father of Joanne and Neil, father-in-law to Jonathan and Mo and adored Pop of Kate, Hannah and Jay. David's funeral will take place at Distington Hall Crematorium on Tuesday 18th April 2023 at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be forwarded to Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team, C/o, Mr. Mills Funeral Director, 156, Ennerdale Road, Cleator Moor.

So sorry to hear this very sad news. I worked with David many years ago in my first job at Graham, Roy & Nicholson. A very talented guy, and a dab hand at model making as I recall. I remember him dismembering model soldiers before sticking them back together again to make them more realistic, it always worked ! My sincere condolences to all the family, David will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the great pleasure of knowing him.
