PALMER Philip (Phil) Passed away suddenly in the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle on Monday 20th March 2023, aged 80 years. Loving husband of Marjorie, loved dad of Simon, Mark, John and Gillian and a much loved father-in-law, granda, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service and interment to take place in St Michael's Church, Lamplugh on Tuesday 4th April at 12noon. Family flowers only by request.
