CHARLTON Doreen Peacefully on Thursday, 12th January 2023, at Bethshan Nursing Home Doreen, aged 93years. Beloved wife of the late Albert, Much loved mother of Alan, dear mother-in-law of Phyllis. A dearly loved nana of John, Sharon and Barney and a loving great-nana and great-great-nana Funeral service and cremation to be held at Distington Hall on 25th January at 12 noon. Family flowers only are requested, but donations for The Air Ambulance would be gratefully accepted C/O Yeowart Gill & Rudd Tel 01946 693819.

Doreen was one of our family for so many years. She was always cheerful and so much fun. She had a great sense of humour and she loved to sing ( and dance too I think) If our mum and dad were here now they would join us in saying that she was one of the best. On behalf of my brother, Ian, and I, thank you Mrs Chaddy for all the kindnesses and love and fun we shared x

So sorry to here this very sad news thoughts are with
Allen and Phyllis and all the family she was a funny wonderland lady and we had some great times at County garage she will be greatly missed but with her Albert . Love to you all from Margaret and Alisa ❤️❤️❤️
