DODD Mervyn Died peacefully on Saturday 14th May 2022 at the Leicester Royal Infirmary after a long and full life. Mervyn aged 93 years, much loved husband of the late Mary, dear father of Hilary, Jocelyn and Peter, grandfather and great-grandfather also a dear brother of Denis, former Deputy Head of Whitehaven Grammar School and Whitehaven School. Huge thanks to everyone who enabled him to live such a good and fulfilled life. The funeral service will take place at St Paul's Church Frizington on Thursday 26th May 2022 at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please donations if desired are for MSF Medecins sans Fontiers (Doctors without borders) c/o F Irving & Son Funeral Directors 152 Main Street Frizington CA26 3SB.
