BOWNESS Dorothy Mary (nee Jones) Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 2nd April 2022, Dorothy, aged 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Harry, a devoted and loving mam to Deborah, a much loved mother-in-law of David, a dear sister of Ken and the late John and Phil and a dear sister-in-law of Una and Sally. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held at Distington Hall Crematorium on Thursday 21st April at 12:00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations for the British Heart Foundation or Hospice at Home West Cumbria may be made at dorothybowness.muchloved.com or sent via Eaves Funeral Service. Tel: 01946 694213.
