HIGGINS Brian Thomas (Dr) Passed away peacefully in the West Cumberland Hospital on Sunday 7th February 2021, aged 82 years. Beloved husband of the late Stephanie, dearly loved Father to John, Brian, Jane, Andrew and Richard and much loved stepfather to Tania, Jonathan and Anna. Grandfather to Rowan, Max, Seb, Lee, Darren, Jamie and Astrid. He will be mourned. He served the local community of Whitehaven as a GP between 1966 and 1998. and deeply missed his patients, as they missed him, on his retirement. A private funeral service, attendance by invitation only, will take place at Distrington Hall Crematorium on Friday 26th February at 10.30am. Family flowers only by request.
