STILWELL Sheila (Lee) Peacefully at home, Lingmell Crescent, Seascale on Sunday March 29th after a long illness. Sheila aged 85 years, devoted sister of the late Joan Kneller, will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A closed service was held on Wednesday April 8th. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date. Donations, if desired to Cancer Research c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.

My dear Sheila - I will miss you a lot. Been neighbours for many years, but only got to know you in the last 5 or 6 years. Will miss getting your shopping for you, and miss you coming through our garden as a short cut to save you walking all the way round the crescent. Take my hat off to you - one ferociously courageos and independent lady. Will remember you fondly and will miss you big time. You were an inspiration to us all on how to handle such illness..... I'm glad you didn't suffer anymore and just snoozed away. Love from Di and Chris in Lingmell Crescent ! RIP great lady ****
