TUBMAN William (Bill) Aged 83, passed away on Sunday 9th February 2020, former Senior Civil Engineer for Albright and Wilson, Whitehaven. Dearly loved husband of Pat, beloved father of Stephen, Gary and Fiona, dear brother of Jean, brother-in-law to David, father-in-law to Julie, Karen and Dylan, dearly loved grandad and great-grandad. Bill passed away peacefully, at his home in Kirkham, Lancs, after a short illness, bravely fought. A private funeral will take place at the Lytham crematorium. Rest in Peace.
