SALMON David We would like to inform you of the sudden death of David at home on 8th November aged 43 years. Much loved dad of Curtis and Bethany, adored son of Sylvia, stepson of John, grandad of Tommy, brother of Leanne, Sarah, Mark, Chris and Alan. Service at Distington Hall Crematorium on Monday 25th November at 1.15pm. Donations, if so desired, to ICU at Furness General Hospital.
