GAINFORD John Henry Peacefully at Furness General Hospital, on Tuesday 25th June 2019 and after a long illness, John, aged 71 years, of Valley Park, Whitehaven. Beloved husband of Marilyn, dearly loved dad of Gillian and Claire, loving granda to Georgia, Niamh, Poppy and Noah and a dear brother and brother-in-law. Funeral service to be held at St. Peter's Church, Kells, on Wednesday 3rd July at 1:15pm, followed by cremation at Distington Hall. Family flowers only please, donations may be made payable to Alzheimer's Research UK and sent via Eaves Funeral Service. Tel. 01946 694213.
