WALKER Ruth (née Shepherd) Passed away peacefully in Bethshan Care Home on Thursday, 28th February 2019, aged 79 years, loving wife to the late Alan, much loved mam to Alan and Stephen, adored mother-in-law, nana and great nana, and a cherished sister and friend to many. Funeral service to take place in St Mary and St Michael's Parish Church, Egremont at 11.00am on Tuesday, 12th March, followed by cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium. Family flowers only by request, donations, if desired, to Macmillan Cancer Support or Cancer Research UK c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
