BUCHANAN Beatrice (Betty) (née Shepherd) Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, 31st December 2018, aged 82 years, beloved wife of the late John Henry (Jack), dearly loved mam to Jackie, Ally, Paul and Malcolm and mother-in-law to Trevor, Christine and Eileen, much loved nan of Kevin, Debbie, Christopher, Daniel, Annette, Robin, Carrie-Ann, John Lee, Ryan and Simon and great nan of Scarlet, Lacey, Marshall, Summer, Eli, Katrina, Imogen, Ebony and Brooklyn. Funeral service to take place in St Mary & St Michael's Parish Church, Egremont on Tuesday, 15th January at 1.00pm, followed by cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium. Family flowers only by request, donations, if desired, to Prostate Cancer UK or Hospice at Home West Cumbria c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
