JOHNSTON, George - On 26th October 2018, after a short but courageous battle with cancer, George slipped peacefully away, aged 61, beloved husband of Janice, much loved father of Rebecca and Kelly, devoted grandfather to Charlotte and Lola and father-in-law to Liam. Funeral service to be held at Distington Hall Crematorium, on Thursday, 1st November at 11.15am, followed by refreshments at Whitehaven Golf Club. Family flowers are requested, but donations would be appreciated and may be made payable to the Loweswater Suite and sent via Eaves Funeral Service. Tel. 01946 694213.
