SMITH Joseph Raymond Passed away with family at his bedside on Saturday, 20th October 2018 at the West Cumberland Hospital, following a short and unexpected illness, aged 75 years, loving son of the late William and Ethel, much loved brother of John, Ann and the late Mary, Irene and Billy, loved brother-in-law, uncle, friend of many, Alf and Edna. Funeral service to be held at St Benedict's Church on Thursday, 1st November at 12.30pm, followed by interment at Whitehaven Cemetery. Family flowers only please, but donations for Cancer Research would be gratefully accepted c/o Yeowart, Gill & Rudd. Tel. 01946 693819.
