CARRUTHERS, Ada Ray - Peacefully at her home in Helton, Penrith, on Friday, 19th May, Ada Ray, nearing her 98th birthday, beloved wife of the late Colin, dearly loved mother of Colin, Norman, Gilbert, Jack, Geoff, Barry, Tony, Joyce, June and the late Peter, a much loved mother-in-law, nana, great nana, great great nana and sister. Funeral service and interment at St Michael's Church, Lowther, on Tuesday, 30th May at 12noon. Family flowers only, but if desired, donations in memory of Ada may be made to Hospice at Home, Carlisle and North Lakeland and left at the service or sent c/o Walkers Funeral Directors, Tynefield House, Penrith, CA11 8HY.
