PURKIS, Matthew - Peacefully at Dalton Court Care Home on Monday, 24th April 2017, Matthew, dear dad and grandpa who will be sadly missed. Funeral service and cremation to take place at Distington Hall Crematorium on Friday, 12th May at 11.15am. Family flowers only but donations, if so desired, to the Macmillan Nurses.
