ALDERSON, Doris - Peacefully at home on 5th March, surrounded by her family in County Durham, Doris, aged 86 years, formerly of Whitehaven, a cherished wife of the late Len, devoted mam to Len and Margaret, mother-in-law to Diane and Dave, a loving gran to Kathryn, Lyndsay and Amy-May, also great granny to Harry and Will. Friends please meet for service in the Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon at 12noon on Thursday, 16th March. Family flowers only, if desired donations may be left at the Crematorium or sent directly to the Children's Society.
